1. The service
CleanPic provides an automated tool that attempts to remove transparent watermarks and rebuild image backgrounds. Results vary by image and are not guaranteed to be perfect, lossless, or suitable for every purpose.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms. By using CleanPic, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Free use, credits, and payment
- Eligible visitors receive up to 3 free removals per day, subject to abuse controls and service availability.
- Paid credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. One credit is normally consumed for one completed processing request.
- Free uses are consumed before paid credits. A failed processing request is returned automatically when our system can verify the failure.
- Prices and pack contents are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. Creem is the Merchant of Record and handles payment, tax, receipts, and eligible refunds.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are tied to the visitor identity used at checkout. Because the current service does not require an account, changing devices or networks may prevent access to an earlier balance.
4. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may upload only content you own or have explicit authorization to edit. You must not use CleanPic to infringe copyright or trademark rights, conceal ownership, remove legally required notices, facilitate fraud or deception, bypass access controls, process illegal or sexually exploitative content, or violate another service’s terms or applicable law.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us and our processors a limited, temporary right to host, copy, transform, and transmit it only as needed to provide and secure the service.
5. Suspension and availability
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect rights, comply with law, or maintain security. We may modify or discontinue features, but this does not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected credit pack, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
