1. Information we collect
- Images and related file information that you submit for processing.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and service logs. We use a one-way hash of the IP address to manage free and paid usage.
- Purchase information supplied by Creem, such as product, transaction status, customer email, and order identifiers. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.
- Messages and contact information you provide when requesting support.
2. How we use information
We use information to process and return images, maintain credit balances, prevent abuse, complete purchases, provide support, diagnose failures, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Image handling and retention
Uploaded and processed images are handled by our infrastructure and image-processing providers only to deliver the requested result. We retain them only for as long as reasonably necessary to process the request, make the result available, secure the service, and resolve technical issues. Do not upload confidential images unless you accept this processing.
4. Service providers
We may share the minimum information needed with infrastructure, storage, image-processing, analytics, fraud-prevention, and customer-support providers. Creem acts as our Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, tax, receipts, refunds, and related compliance.
5. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. We may need to verify your request and may retain records when required by law, fraud prevention, or legitimate accounting needs.
7. Children and changes
CleanPic is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We may update this policy and will post the revised date on this page.
