Acceptable Use Policy

CleanPic provides image-editing tools for lawful and authorized use. This policy explains what is and is not permitted when using our website and services. By using CleanPic, you agree to follow this policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Permitted use
You may use CleanPic only to process images that you own, images in the public domain, or images that you have clear permission or a valid license to modify. You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights before uploading any image.
3. Prohibited use
Unauthorized image editing
You may not upload or process an image unless you own it or have explicit permission from the rights holder to edit it.
Copyright and attribution removal
You may not use CleanPic to remove copyright watermarks, ownership marks, creator signatures, attribution, licensing information, or copyright notices without authorization.
Illegal or infringing content
You may not process content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights, or that violates applicable law.
NSFW and harmful content
You may not upload sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, abusive, hateful, violent, or otherwise harmful content, including any sexual content involving minors.
Fraud and deception
You may not use the service to misrepresent ownership, create deceptive evidence, facilitate fraud, impersonate another person, or conceal the origin of unlawfully obtained content.
Abuse of the service
You may not bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or use CleanPic in a way that harms the service or other users.
4. Enforcement
We may block a request, suspend access, remove associated content, refuse service, or permanently terminate an account when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. We may also cooperate with valid legal requests and take steps necessary to protect rights holders, users, and the public.
5. Reporting misuse

6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service, legal requirements, or safety standards change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
